A death occurred a few years ago when exhaust fumes from the generator on a boat rafted alongside found its way into the sleeping accommodation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>For all you wake surfers out there!
